Aadhaar XML Verification takes a UIDAI offline eKYC file, validates the digital signature on it, and extracts the identity details, address and embedded photograph it contains.
This is the strongest Aadhaar check available without connecting to UIDAI directly. Because the signature is cryptographic, a tampered file fails verification outright, which no amount of image editing can get around.
