I4C Check API
Check whether a mobile number is flagged as suspicious in the I4C cybercrime database, screening for known fraud.
Overview
What the I4C Check API does
I4C Check tests a mobile number against the Indian Cybercrime Coordination Centre database and reports whether it has been flagged in connection with cybercrime.
This is one of the few checks that draws on actual reported crime rather than inference. A flagged number has featured in cybercrime complaints, which is a materially stronger signal than any behavioural heuristic.
